About Us

Mr. Shivachandra Javalagi and Mrs. Anupama Javalagi Founded Ishnatek in 1998; Ishnatek has come a long way in establishing itself as a Provider of ASIC design services and FPGA product solution in the international markets.

Mr. Shivachandra Javalagi is a Post Graduate in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin, USA. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of VLSI design, verification, circuit design and project management. Prior to starting Ishnatek, he held lead positions in  Design and Verification teams at Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (Austin, TX, USA) after completion of his Masters Degree. He also help start a design center for AMD in Singapore. His favorite subject is low power design methodologies. He has three US patents to his name. Mrs. Anupama Javalagi is also a Post Graduate in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin, USA. She is the Vice President of Ishnatek and is actively involved in Finance and Human Resource Management.

Ishnatek is primarily a Silicon Design and Verification Services Company. Ishnatek’s services include ASIC/FPGA design(RTL in Verilog & VHDL), Intellectual Property (IP) Development, Synthesis, Verification/Validation (Simulation Models, Test-Benches/Test-Plans/ Testsuites etc.) as well as Library Services. Ishnatek has a flexible and customer-oriented team of experienced engineers ready to help customers in all phases of IC development. Ishnatek can develop or help integrate Custom Cores / Intellectual Property (IP) for the next generation designs. Retrofitting for testability and power is an available service. Ishnatek also can assist in re-targeting customer’s designs to newer technologies. Ishnatek’s output always adheres to the customer’s quality requirements. Ishnatek fully support what it develops. Advanced Micro Devices, HP, Averant, Cirrus Logic, Bluechips Technologies, Addvalue Technologies, Actel, Austriamicrosystems, Arien and Avnet are some of the customers of Ishnatek. Ishnatek is an active technical partner with Actel Corporation of USA in developing applications for their Mixed Signal Products.
